Your Account

Subscription & AI Credits

Certain features require a paid subscription or AI Credits.

AI Credits are used to access AI-powered features.
Unused AI Credits automatically roll over to the next billing cycle while your subscription remains active.
AI Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of KERBEZ.
Reverse engineer or misuse the Services.
Use automated systems to abuse the platform.

AI Recommendations

KERBEZ provides AI-powered wardrobe, shopping, and style recommendations.

These recommendations are intended for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

Fashion preferences are subjective, and we cannot guarantee that every recommendation will meet your personal expectations.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, designs, and technology associated with KERBEZ are owned by KERBEZ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload, including wardrobe information and photos.

By uploading content, you grant KERBEZ a limited license to process, store, and analyze that content solely for providing and improving the Services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.

You may stop using KERBEZ or delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer
